Position: FUND UNDERWRITING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Contribute to yearly project ; create credit scoring models to predict risks with several stakeholders (product, engineers, data, quality assurance, risk, etc.
2. Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses
3. Ensure all lending procedures (Kabayan product) comply with regulations
4. Develop, review and update our Kabayan policies
5. Integrates in-depth credit operations knowledge with a solid knowledge of industry standards and practices.
6. Uses judgment to complete more complex credit approval with direct business impact.
7. Oversees the credit application process to include credit verification and assesses credit limits.
8. Performs analysis of credit reports, financials, etc. to provide the status on credit and operating statements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have experience >5 year in credit/loan application process
2. Atleast already has BSMR level-1
3. Have personal values and interest for building social impact for Farmers
4. Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong can-do attitude
5. Proven track records of field based growth hacks
6. Have a strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify root cause
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Willing to travel across Indonesia
