We Are Hiring “IT Helpdesk + Infra"
Requirment :
- Education S1
- At least 4 years of experience supporting IT Helpdesk and IT Infra & Fluent in English
- Serving as Single Point of Contact to users on all IT helpdesk cases
- Service call handling, issue tracking, escalation, reporting
- Coordinate with Regional IT, Bank’s IT and Global IT for issue resolution and/or project activity
- Execute activities of daily system morning checking including effectiveness of system backup and data replication.
- Assist in project rollout
- IT Inventory management
- Troubleshoot, with proper guidance, certain application issues when the application manager is not available
- IT administration in general
- Participate in end user support and assist in project rollout on all IT infrastructures related activities for the Asset Management Business Line.
- To support all local users requests relating to application issue resolution when application manager unavailable
