Organization Development Supervisor

Agung Sedayu Group Talent Management is currently hiring for ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR and will be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Held Bachelor's Degree majoring in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
• Having min 3-5 years of working experience in the same field
• Able to designing and defining core competencies and create a competency matrix
• Familiar with HRIS
• Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Office (Visio, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and inventory job / activity based on task & responsibility function, business process, level of authority (LOA) and organizational structure
• Develop JD for new positions that arise as a result of business development and organization development
• Conduct review, analysis and updating of JD for positions affected by existing organizational restructuring
• Validate JD for Assistant Manager level below proposed by HR Unit related to new employee request process and change of employee data
• Preparing documents to support the process of submitting and endorsing the organizational structure to management
• Administer and filling all documents relating to Organizational Development
• Supporting the preparation activities of the organizational structure change design
• Conducting employee mapping activities related to organizational structure changes
