Looking for:

HUMAN CAPITAL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior Management in the management of compensation & benefits scheme and performance review management, ensuring compensation & benefits scheme are cost-effective and market-competitive
• Make long-term strategic recommendations on talent management, recruitment plan and organizational development
• Coordinate or supervise coordination with other institutions related to employees’ benefits, such as BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Work closely with Senior Management to analyze company’s structure, procedures, and manpower workload and make recommendations to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments to increase efficiency and align systems and processes with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resource, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related major
• Min. 3 years’ experience in Corporate or Human Resource role
• Comfortable with numbers, Excel and/or HRIS Application(s)
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Deep understanding of Compensation and Benefits, Performance Review, and Organizational Development
• Having high integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to work in BSD City
• Strong work ethic, good teamwork and able to thrive in a corporate start-up
