Candidate Requirements :

• Male / Female Max. 30 Years Old
• Min. SMA / SMK (Preferable D3 in Any field)
• Must Having Experience min. 2 years as Sales Area / Account Executive and experience in Retail, Corporate Promotion (B2B), Distribution
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Advantages for those who have experience in Retail electronic home appliances, Gadget and Gadget Accessory
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving person
• Service Excellence Oriented
• Must Good Communication (speaking, writing and reading) Skill (Bahasa & English)
• Able to Located and mobile in Semarang or Surabaya Area

Job Description :

• Prospect and Find for new Buyers, set up meetings, perform product presentations, negotiate and close deals 
• Knowledge about electronic home appliances (Blender, microwave,etc), gadgets (Laptop, handphone etc) and also gadget accessory.
• Devise new growth tactics using conventional (email, phone, networking...) and unconventional channels 
• Perform admin tasks related to sales management 
• Maintain good relationships with Buyers
• Give a presentation of company introduction & product to the Buyers
• Make a proposal for promotion & product
• Receive orders from Buyers & process
• Achieve sales target monthly & yearly

Benefit :

• Gross Salary : Local UMK - 5 mio
• BPJS TK & K
• Communication allowance 200,000
• Incentive 150,000 per customer
