Key Responsibilities : 

• Manage, organize and compile personnel data and employee administration updates as well as remuneration and benefits by the level of authority and procedures
• Consolidate Payroll data
• In Charge of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Tenagakerja, & Tax
• In Charge of Medical Claim & Data Participants Registration
• Processing Payroll by Talenta Software
