Good day! Our client is looking for Purchasing Staff with details below:

Location: KIIC Karawang

Basic Salary: 5 - 6 mio

• Male or Female
• Diploma or Bachelor degree any major
• Age Max 32 years old
• Experienced in related field min 2 Years (Manufacturing Company)
• good knowledge in purchasing and EXIM

Responsible :

• Analyze potential suppliers in accordance with the material needed
• Negotiate prices according to material quality standards
• Ensure material delivery dates Make and buy PO (Purchase Order)
• Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation neatly arranged Understand the flow of custom clearance import processes, such as shipping instruction, Packing List, PIB, AWB, SPPB and other letters needed and coordinate with forwarder parties
• Received the invoices from suppliers (local and foreign suppliers) and check the complete documents
• Making invoice journal for invoice PO & non-PO to subsystem Prepare invoice
