Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology with min. 24 yo
- Have good communication in English is a MUST
- 2+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition role especially in recruitment and selection process for managerial level
- Have a knack for analyzing and mapping problems solving that can help drive recruitment decision making
- Ability to work effectively in a global network & build the necessary rapport and relationships, especially with current & prospect clients, and other stakeholders
Job description:
- Partner with Director to evaluate ongoing managerial talent requirements, advise on approach, timelines, and priorities
- Build high-level managerial scouting, recruitment process, network across the region by leveraging social recruiting tools & trusted referrals
- Oversee talent branding & other related activities to attract top talent & position
- Ensure all recruitment projects can be completed according to the timeline
- Take an active role in maintaining and developing the associate recruiter community
