Now we're looking for candidates for the position of Tech Recruiter role. If you were:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year experience as Tech Recruiter (preferably has IT Background / have experience in startup tech company).
• Able to understand technical job description & evaluate important keyword.
• Experience in ATS
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Experience in conducting an interview both Psychological & Technical Aspect.
• Target Oriented person and able to work with tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical thinking & data management.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, selection, and placement for Tech position using variety sourcing channel and hiring tools.
• Develop sourcing strategy and drive new initiative project to improve recruiting process.
• Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring Prospects
• Analyze and report recruitment process to improve recruitment strategy
