Job Description :

1. Answering and resolving all customer questions/requests in accordance with Company regulations via Telephone/Email/Application/Web/Social Media.
2. Create customer or non customer reporting ticket.
3. Contacting customers (customers who need callbacks) to resolve customer problems/constraints.
