Urgently need for:

HR MANAGER

Placement Factory Gresik, East Java

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major, min. CGPA 3.50
• 10–15 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required (People oriented and results driven).
• Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow through; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of software.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and have the ability to architecy strategy along with leadership skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Willing to be located in our Factory in Gresik (Jawa Timur).
