1. Key Tasks & Responsibilities

    The key tasks and responsibilities as required by Samsung C&T comprises of the followings:

• Review of official correspondences, and prepare letters
• Preparation of Claim Documents and supporting materials
• Support the Project team in specific Indonesian legal and regulatory related issues
• Attending meetings and taking Minutes of Meetings (when needed)
• Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of Variation Proposals/Orders
• Plan & develop Claim strategy, administration and risk management
• Surveying local regulations and practices
• Communication with local law firms
• Any other contractual and legal works

2. Requirements

• Degree in law and/or legal practice license in Indonesia
• Experiences in Power Plant projects, or similar projects or industries
• Good understanding and interpretation in EPC and other Contracts, and FIDIC
• Good experience in producing presentation material for contact negotiation meeting
• Normal usages of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in speaking and good writing in English

3. Others

• Hybrid working (working at Project Site and Office) can be considered, but requires to be available at Site in case needed
