Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining good relationship with potential and existing clients.
• Comply with company's objective and goal and develop working plan to locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screenings potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options and adapt to company objective; Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping confidential information.
• Updates job knowledge by collecting previous working experience, reading news from global market, maintaining personal networks.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Having strong adaptability, analytical, and reaction to product line changes, resistance to high pressure
• Having a good Communication and Negotiation Skill
• Willing to work with flexible working time and overtime when necessary
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta Area
• Mandarin is Mandatory for this position.
• Having experience in Fintech is a plus.
