Description

• The Individual will be in charge Visual Graphic Designs and Social Media Management for SCULPT Shapewear & its Fashion sub-brands (Check our social media sculpt.id to be familiar with our aesthetics)
• The individual would WORKING REMOTELY (FROM HOME), Only on certain occasions, the individual will be asked to work in the office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create HIGHLY ENGAGING social media ideas & strategies, ideas should be creative and “outside-the-box”
• Create Design duties for social media (Instagram & TikTok)
• Also Create Design for other company needs (Poster / Brochures / Packaging / Logo & Other Visuals)
• Photo Editing raw photos from photoshoot (Retouch & Thematic Visual Adjustment)
• Conduct Daily Product shoots
• Ideate & Create Daily Engaging Instagram Stories
• Create & Track social media engagement reports
• Ideate and Improve social media strategies for higher engagement
• Report & track effectiveness of Influencers & KOL activities
• Social Media copywriting with the focus of boosting engagement
• Video editing duties for TIKTOK & IG Reels & IG Stories Creation
• Plan Social media execution plan (daily planning)
• Conduct Research on social media trends and convert them into Content
• Handling promotion and marketing for the brands

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or have an amazing Design portfolio
• Minimum 1 year experience as social media specialist. (Fresh graduated are also welcome to apply.)
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram & Tiktok
• Basic understanding of marketing strategy
• Competent to operates : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing Skill
• Have copywriting skill & advance knowledge of social media platform and digital marketing
• Excellent analytical, creative and innovative abilities
• Fluent in English and Indonesia – Speaking and Writing
• Great Photo Editing Skills
• Great Graphic Design Skills
• Passionate in empowering & educative content
• The individual should have their own computer/laptop for editing duties
• The individual should have their own camera for basic Product Photo duties
• Ability to be organized, multi-task and maintain all aspect of social media
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, but also comfortable working in team
• Can deliver Content / Graphic design fast (IMPORTANT)
