Assistant Manager HR

PT Parkland World Indonesia 1 is looking for Assistant Manager HR, with the qualification:

1. Majoring in Law/Phychology/Management
2. Experience in HR more than 3 years
3. Understand payroll, bpjs, employee tax, HR metrics
4. Understand HR strategies
5. Experience handling man power planning, succession planning, organization structure, job analysis, job description, work load analysis
6. Mastering excel (pivot, vlookup, etc) and power point
7. Understand UU 13/2003 and UU 11/2021
8. Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten
