"SAP Basis Support"

We are looking young SAP Professionals for Basis position with experience handling operational or projects to join our IT Support Team:

Requirement:

• At least D3 Computer, S1 preferable
• Database experience would be added value
• Familiar with OS SuSE or RedHat Linux
• Able to analyzed and solve problem within SAP, OS and the database system
• Can work individually or within team work
• Open to learn new thing, work hard and travelling when required

Job Description:

• Day to day server administration
• Analyze and solve incident and problem ticket
• Manage change request for IT request
• Collaborate with Vendor for problem solving, change and new installation
• Meeting with user/customer for hardware capacity review and planning
• Create daily, weekly, monthly and timesheet report
