Hiring for: General Affair & Purchasing Manager (Mandarin Speaker) (Bandung) (51776)
Salary: Up to IDR 15,000,000
*based on skills and experience
Responsibilities :
- Establish policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) and monitor the implementation of general affairs, purchasing & logistics activities,
- Able to prepare the monthly or annual capital expenditure
- Decision Making and negotiation processes of procurement of goods and services in accordance with the prevailing authority levels
- Managing and monitoring general affairs in the area of general services such as maintenance management (building, vehicle, housekeeping), purchasing, license, ticketing & accommodation
- Ensure procurement activities in accordance with the requirements of quantity, quality, and time
- Ensure that all purchases are properly evaluated and necessary quotations are obtained in accordance with the company policy
- Ensure all purchases are fully quoted to maximize potential savings in sourcing or due to business market needs
- Monitoring records and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging spending, and savings forecasts
- Engage proactively and effectively, initiate sourcing of more cost-effective alternative suppliers, and coordinate overseeing the operations accurately in order to forecast orders and meet branch demand
- Ensure payment of all payment vendors' office regarding IT equipment, stationary, and other office needs
- Monitoring implementation of warehouse, distribution, and logistic solutions; inventory levels, data accuracy, and stocking strategies
Requirement :
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering/Telecommunications/Supply Chain/or a similar major
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin is mandatory. Good written and verbal in English
*MUST Experience :
- Min 10 years experience in purchasing or in related field
- Strong knowledge in import and export, rich experience with the customs clearance process
- Able to communicate with the overseas vendors, especially China, to make sure all the import shipments going smoothly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking, ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments
- Strong Leadership skills
- Very good in Ms. Excel and computer knowledge
- Willing to be stationed in Bandung Area
