REQUIREMENTS: 

• Having a knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and menus 
• Having a knowledge of F&B operations and F&B safety 
• Aware of all hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures 
• Have an experience in similar position min. 2 years in Hospitality 
• Fluent in English Responsible for duties 
• Manage SPA and oversee all aspect of the front of house 
• Responsible for day to day operation, facility condition, stock control, guest satisfaction and team members
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; Implement changes 
• Ensure staff carries out tasks appropriately according to their designation Properly delegate, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned front end tasks
