• Background in steak house or beach club. 
• Associate degree from an accredited university In food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major. 
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong leadership and people skills. strong attention to details. 
• Proven financial management skills.
