HOST LIVE TIKTOK (Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare engaging live stream content for TikTok platform.
• Host live streaming sessions, engaging with viewers, and responding to comments in real-time.
• Create and deliver entertaining and informative live stream segments, such as interviews, tutorials, challenges, and interactive games.
• Promote products, services, and campaigns during live streams in a seamless and authentic manner.
• Monitor and analyse live stream metrics to measure engagement and audience feedback.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to optimize live stream performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop new and innovative live stream concepts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our agency and maintaining a positive online presence.

Requirements:

• Has experience as a TikTok content creator or live stream host is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of TikTok platform, trends, and community dynamics.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Natural charisma and ability to engage and entertain audiences.
• Strong improvisation skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with live streaming tools and equipment.
• Ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and compelling content ideas.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
