JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Manage human resources and general affairs function in company
  • Responsible end to end recruitment process.
  • Create, evaluate and revise employee work contract agreements & performance appraisal.
  • Create and recommends human resources policies and practices that will establish employer relationship
  • Responsible about BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan process.
  • Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies.
  • Prepare and report periodically regarding employee data, payroll, recruitment process, and other activities related to Human Resources and General Affairs.
  • Provide general supporting activities such as office inventory, building maintenance, cleanliness and security
REQUIREMENT
  • S1 Psychology/Law/Human Resource
  • Max 27 years old
  • Min 2 years experience same related field
  • Willing to travel
