Job description

Responsibility:

• Calculate Raw Material Usage Refer to Customer's PO & Create Raw Material PO to Supplier
• Monitor & Control Raw Material Ideal Stock (DOI) Refer to Forecast & Customer Order
• Follow Up Incoming Raw Material Refer to Production Schedule
• Release Delivery Instruction to Supplier
• Weekly Monitoring Coil Consumption vs Forecast to Identify the Supply & Demand
• Monthly Meeting with Supplier for Order Status
• Control & Monitoring All Sub-Contractors Activities
• Update raw materials ready stock and update it at monthly s & op
• Monthly Update for RM Price and Review
• Control stock accuracy at subcontractor

Special requirements

• Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree
• Experience in PPic Minimum 2 years
• Ability in Microsoft Office Espially in Microsoft Excel
• Strong in Analysis & Database
• Familiar with ERP (M3 Infor) System as Advantage

• MARITAL STATUS: Already & not married
• Minimum experience: 1 year
