Project Management Officer

PT Beautinesia Media Nusantara (Beautynesia) is currently looking for a Project Management Officer (Jakarta Base)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Qualifications:

• JAKARTA BASE ONLY
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency.
• Strong understanding of the creative process and project lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
