Requirements:

• Responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Work with HR team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have strong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist
• Create a candidates data bank
• Improving recruitment strategies through job channels to hire strong candidates
• Fresh graduate or have experience as a Recruiter with minimum 1 years
• Having an excellent communication and target oriented
• Fluent in English
• Can join immediately
