1. SALES EXECUTIVE

    Main Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets
• Plan and execute effective sales strategies to increase sales
• Conduct market research and benchmarks to identify new opportunities and expand client networks.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.

    Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree majoring in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Communication, and others related field
• 1 s/d 2 years Experiences of related fields / industries
• Good analytical thinking & problem solving
• Good interpersonal skill
• Excellence Presentation & Negotiation

2. HEAD OF SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Main Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets (individual and team targets).
• Supervise, direct & giving constructive feedback to the sales team to improve performance & achieve sales targets.
• Plan and execute effective sales strategies to increase sales & develop new business (clients/products).
• Conduct market research and benchmarks to identify new opportunities and expand client networks.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.

    Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree majoring in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Communication, and others related field
• 3 years Experiences of related fields / industries
• Good analytical thinking & problem solving
• Good leadership & interpersonal skill
• Excellence Presentation & Negotiation
