HR Recruitment (for fresh graduate to experienced level)

GIAS Group is currently looking for HR Recruitment to be placed in Head Office Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Responsible of fulfilment ManPower Request
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, until onboarding
• Build and maintain applicant database by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites.
• Manage and maintain job portal.
• Understand about assessment tools
• Monitoring recruitment progress and recruitment report
• Maintain and update new employee data and related document

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Well organized and good clerical ability
• Excellent Communication and coordination needed
• Passionate about people and taking care of the organization
• Thorough with data and administrative tasks
• Proactive with good initiative
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• At least 1 of working experience as Recruitment Staff (freshgraduate with internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Experience in Retail preferable
• Able to join ASAP
