Junior Recruiter (Placement in HO-Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
- Good knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Experienced in handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled in creating job advertisements and job posters.
- Able to conduct Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) and interpret psychological assessment tools.
- Knowledge of employee engagement activities is a plus.
- Strong initiative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Available to join as soon as possible in January 2025.
Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Monitor employment status and contract timelines.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain the candidate database using Excel.
- Support employee engagement activities on a monthly basis.
- Support the team in developing training programs.
- Handle recruitment administration tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks related to personnel files & history.
