Junior Recruiter (Placement in HO-Jakarta)

Requirements:
  1. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
  2. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  3. 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
  4. Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  5. Good knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
  6. Experienced in handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding, etc.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  8. Skilled in creating job advertisements and job posters.
  9. Able to conduct Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) and interpret psychological assessment tools.
  10. Knowledge of employee engagement activities is a plus.
  11. Strong initiative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-changing environment.
  12. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  13. Available to join as soon as possible in January 2025.

Job Description:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Monitor employment status and contract timelines.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain the candidate database using Excel.
  • Support employee engagement activities on a monthly basis.
  • Support the team in developing training programs.
  • Handle recruitment administration tasks.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to personnel files & history.
