Description

Sales engineers serve as the lifeblood of an organization, driving revenue generation and fostering sustainable growth. They are not merely a transactional function; instead, they embody the strategic alignment between market needs and organizational capabilities. A robust team cultivates relationships, enhances brand loyalty, and provides valuable insights into customer behavior, which inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Passionate male candidate with max. age of 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (S1)
• Preferably have 2 years in industrial sales like welding / industrial products
• Able to speak & write in english
• The ability to work as part of a positive team
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Possess driving license (A/C)
• Able to build good relationship with customers, prepare quotation, handle negotiations & make weekly sales reports
