This is a contract Talent & Culture (HR) Intern role located on-site at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk in Jakarta, Indonesia period January - July 2025.The intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administration support. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Onboarding skills
• Training Coordination and Employee Engagement skills
• HR Administration Support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
