Arbeit Group is now hiring a skilled IT Helpdesk professional with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email, database (SQL Server/MySQL), and Active Directory issues.
- Manage and maintain desktop systems, remote connections, and user accounts.
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support and assist in IT system improvements.
- Prepare IT performance reports as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools, Remote Desktop, Active Directory, and IT systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL/MySQL databases, and email platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
