Job Title: IT Helpdesk
Company: PT Primus Indonesia
Location: Makasar
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk
- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Good knowledge of computer networks and network devices
- Good communication skills and ability to work with teams
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle requests for assistance from internal and external users
- Resolve technical issues experienced by users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Update and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
Required Skills:
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Fast learning skills
- Ability to use helpdesk software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or others
