Job Title: IT Helpdesk
Company: PT Primus Indonesia
Location: Makasar

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Good knowledge of computer networks and network devices
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with teams

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle requests for assistance from internal and external users
  • Resolve technical issues experienced by users
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Update and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues

Required Skills:
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Fast learning skills
  • Ability to use helpdesk software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or others
