IT Support Onsite Day-to-Day at a banking company in #Jogjakarta Area:
### Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in IT Support or Engineer on Site
- Placement at Jogjakarta
### Technical Skills:
- Hardware: Basic Troubleshoting Switch & Access Point.
- Software: Upgrade & Downgrade Firmware Network Devices
- Networking: Basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, basic switch/router configuration.
- IT Security: Understanding of antivirus, firewalls, encryption, and security standards.
- Backup/Restore: Backup & Restore Configuration Network Devices
### Key Responsibilities:
- Direct user support.
- Updating and maintaining hardware/software.
- Coordination with Internal & External.
- User training and technical documentation.
- Ensuring data security compliance with standards.
### Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, quick problem-solving, and time management.
