Nityo Infotech is hashtag#hiring a Network Operation Center (NOC) Data Center to join one of our big client teams. The position is contract and onsite in Jakarta. It is only open to local citizens (not open to expatriates).

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years in NOC or related role
• Experience in Level 2/3 technical support
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents
• Knows about Atlassian-JIRA, Infoblox (vNIOS 8.6), Elastic (Elasticsearch/Logtash/GW)
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders (technical teams, suppliers, etc.).
