Affiliate Specialist

From This Island currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Affiliate Specialist.

The Affiliate Specialist plays a critical role in expanding and managing the company's affiliate marketing program, which is essential for driving revenue and increasing brand visibility within the skincare industry. This position focuses on identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with affiliates, ensuring that they effectively promote the company's products while adhering to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the affiliate program by recruiting new affiliates and ensuring they follow brand guidelines.
• Work with marketing to provide consistent and high-quality promotional materials for affiliates.
• Track affiliate performance, analyze sales and traffic data, and provide reports to management.
• Develop strategies to enhance the affiliate program through incentives, testing, and special initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance and provide regular performance reports to the Head of Marketing.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to support affiliates during campaigns and product launches.
• Stay informed about industry trends and analyze competitor affiliate programs for opportunities.
• Work with the broader marketing team to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in managing affiliate or partnership programs, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or e-commerce industries
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, affiliate program management
• Proven experience in managing an affiliate dashboard or tracking platform
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates
• Experience managing an affiliate team, including recruitment, training, and developing affiliate incentive programs
• Ability to develop creative strategies and campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of the affiliate program
• Available to join ASAP
