About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Japanese Interpreter to join our Client team! This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills to get started in a dynamic, international work environment. You will be working on a variety of tasks and collaborating with different departments, assisting with translation, interpretation, and communication needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist as a translator at the head office and when visiting stores.
• Communicate with vendors and third parties for users' needs (e.g., apartment, bank, Visa, ITAS, etc.).
• Manage business trip arrangements (tickets, hotels) for users in collaboration with the GA department.
• Translate documents (JP-EN-ID) as requested by users and other departments.
• Provide interpretation during meetings involving users (both internal and third parties).
• Prepare meeting schedules, agendas, and take minutes for meetings.

Requirements:

• JLPT N2/N1 proficiency level (mandatory).
• Female candidates are preferred.
•  Open to Fresh Graduates with strong Japanese language skills.
