As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth product integration, performing detailed testing, and supporting the launch of Xiaomi's latest smartphone and IoT products. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong drive for continuous learning and growth.

🔧 What You’ll Do

1. Responsible for testing of software (both pre-launch and production) for smartphone and IoT products; may be required to conduct testing on location.
2. Work closely with RnD to implementing new features, fix issues, and carry out special testing required.
3. Cooperate with local network operator for new network feature / special project testing and troubleshooting.
4. Cooperate with After Sales and Marketing for troubleshooting user issues.
5. Assist in product-related market surveys.
6. Conduct competitor product review and analysis.

💡 Who You Are:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or related major.
2. Preferred 2-5 years of relevant work experience with live network testing, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Familiar with ADB logging. Experience with QXDM, QPST, QCAT, ELT, Wireshark, and other network analysis/log capturing tools is a plus.
3. Knowledge of Products (Smartphone and IoT) and Cellular systems (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G NR) are preferred.
4. Must be able to work independently and should be proactive.
5. Good English spoken and written communication required.
6. Mandarin language skill is a bonus, but not required.
