General Affair Staff
Requirements:
- Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) Business Administration/Management/relevant major
- Have 1-2 year of working experience in Admin GA or General Affairs Staff at construction company or similar company
- Detail-oriented and has an excellent problem-solving skills
- Possesses an ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and vendor
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written (is a plus)
- Having good communication skill, prioritize, multi-task, and manage job in a fast-paced environment
- Have driving license would be advantages (SIM C)
Job Descriptions:
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of company assets and facilities
- Support in overseeing the maintenance and repair of office
- Arrangement of Events related to General Affairs work
Placement: Office – South Jakarta
Level : Entry level
