What we’re looking for:

• Final-year student (no classes) or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields 🎓
• Strong analytical thinking, process mapping & problem-solving skills 🔍
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) and basic knowledge of - SQL & Excel Macro 📊

Your role will include:

• Collaborating in designing innovative HR application solutions 💡
• Analyzing SuccessFactors (SF) reporting functions and creating insightful dashboard reports 📈
• Developing training content and resources for new HR applications and reporting tools 📚

Working Arrangement:

• Location: Alam Sutera (Serpong Utara)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00-17.00 WIB (FULL WFO)
• Contract Duration: 6 months
