SPECIALIST POSITION

FRESH SEAFOOD BUYER REQUIRED FOR ONE OF BALI'S BIGGEST HOSPITALITY GROUPS

10 VENUES LOCATED IN SEMINYAK, LEGIAN AND CANGGU

FULL TIME POSITION - EARLY START -7 DAYS - SHORT HOURS - EXCELLENT SALARY AND CONDITIONS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Buying quality, high-grade fresh seafood consistently at the market from the fishermen directly
• Being able to work within the budgets we set
• Being able to create and build relationships with fishermen directly
• To be able to negotiate incredible purchasing prices without affecting the quality of produce
• Would have to beat our current pricing by 30% through our suppliers
• Be incredibly organised,
• Need to have a complete understanding of reading and fulfilling orders
• Must be completely honest and trustworthy, as handling large amounts of cash will be required to purchase produce
• Work closely with the driver for deliveries to our venues on time every day, with produce being itemised and exact every day
• Working under the watchful and experienced eye of our GM and creating an incredibly strong relationship with our purchasing team
• Willing to work early mornings (pre-dawn hours) to Kedonganan Market, Jimbaran
