🔹 Location: SCBD Area & willingness to travel to sites, if needed.

🔹 Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst (having experience in healthcare industry are preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios.
• Sound knowledge in understanding business process, customer journey, evaluate bottle necks and identify improvements in the processes
• Good analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in dealing with people
• Having the right interpersonal and consultative skillsets (Good communication skill to build and maintain customer relationships)
• Experienced in system testing (as user representative) and hold UAT session
