• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll systems, employee benefits, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in managing industrial relations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Capable of developing and executing effective HR policies and strategies.
