PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is looking for Recruitment Internship, placement in Sudirman, South Jakarta.

Job Descriptions:

• End-to-end recruitment for internship position
• Sourcing candidates on various job portals for the required position
• Provide psychotest dan technical test to candidates (online and offline)
• Scheduling candidate interview with users
• Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process
• Do administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• Final year or fresh graduate (2025) in PSYCHOLOGY from reputable university
• Good in using Excel
• Proficient in English
• Willing to join for 6 months (Full WFO) with commitment, and can join asap
