Temporary Project Coordinator

PT Berca Hardayaperkasa is hiring a Temporary Project Coordinator (Project-Based)

Location: Jakarta

Duration: 2–3 months (Project-Based)

We're on the lookout for a Temporary Project Coordinator to join our team for a short-term project assignment. If you have a passion for project management and experience in building systems (fire safety, CCTV, MEP, etc.), we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—across multiple medium to complex projects.
• Coordinate project resources and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery.
• Prepare and deliver project updates, lead meetings, and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones and take proactive steps to keep the project on track.
• Ensure high-quality documentation that aligns with company standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with fire alarm systems, fire suppression, sprinklers, hydrants, CCTV, and access control.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably has experience managing Building Projects (MEP) for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work onsite for the project duration.
